This was the pre-instruction vessel, so we hadn't learned anything yet. I did the simplest thing I could think of: a coil pot. All I did was attach coils to a slab and smooth it really roughly. I admit I tried to get this done as quickly as possible since I wasn't really feeling like working with clay that day. I didn't spend any time whatsoever planning what I was going to do beforehand. I probably should have at least tried to make something I could use later, since it's too big to be a shot glass and too small to actually drink out of. It's safe to say I don't like this much at all, and with good reason. It's poorly made and doesn't have design of any kind in the clay itself, which makes it really flat and boring to look at.
